Terms of Use and License
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the digital FiveM resources of F&J Studios (“products”). “F&J Studios” is the shop name of Elektrotechnik Holger Lube (see legal notice), not a separate legal entity. In the following, “F&J Studios” and “we” refer to the operator Elektrotechnik Holger Lube under this shop name. They apply to consumers and businesses.
2. Purchase via Tebex as Merchant of Record
The purchase of products is not concluded with F&J Studios. The seller and Merchant of Record is Tebex Limited. Ordering, payment, invoicing, taxes and withdrawal are governed by the Tebex terms. These terms of use and license only govern how you may use the products.
3. License scope
With your purchase you receive the non-transferable right to use the product within these terms. All other rights in the products remain with F&J Studios.
4. One server per license
One license entitles you to use the product on one FiveM server. Each additional server requires an additional license.
5. Commercial communities
Use on servers of commercially operated FiveM communities is permitted.
6. Modification
You may modify the product as far as its files or components are openly accessible via Cfx.re or the Keymaster. Modified versions may not be passed on either (see section 9).
7. Cfx.re, Keymaster and escrow
Products are provided via Cfx.re and assigned to your Cfx.re account. You can download them in your Cfx.re portal (Keymaster): portal.cfx.re. Protected components are secured by the Cfx.re escrow system.
8. Technical protection measures
You may not circumvent, decrypt or otherwise defeat the escrow or Keymaster protection.
9. No redistribution
In particular, the following are prohibited:
- reselling the products,
- re-uploading them,
- publishing or leaking them,
- passing them on to third parties in any way.
10. Updates
F&J Studios provides updates at no extra cost as long as the respective product is supported by F&J Studios.
11. Support
Support is provided exclusively via the F&J support system: support.fjstudios.dev.
12. Refunds
All of our resources come with a 336-hour (14-day) refund guarantee. As Tebex is the seller and Merchant of Record, refunds are processed via Tebex. For questions about a refund, contact F&J support. Statutory rights and rights under the Tebex terms remain unaffected.
13. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Tebex. Term, renewal and cancellation follow the information in the Tebex checkout and the Tebex terms. The content included in a subscription is described on the respective product page.
14. Technical requirements
To use the products you need a FiveM server and a Cfx.re account. Further requirements of a product (e.g. a specific framework) are listed on its product page. Purchasing requires signing in with Cfx.re at Tebex, and for some products additionally signing in with Discord.
15. Liability and applicable law
Statutory provisions apply. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
